What Happened Today on Bold and the Beautiful May 29: Hope's Joy Made Liam Cry
The Bold and the Beautiful recap for May 29 saw Liam thrilled by Hope's news, Brooke trying again, and Will horrifying by Electra's bravery.
Electra (Laneya Grace) continued pushing Luna's (Lisa Yamada) buttons…and Luna continued pushing back. Electra got right in her face and told her to back off Will and keep away from her man. Luna, as expected, mocked Electra and warned her that men like Will Spencer will want more than an innocent flirtation. Thankfully, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) showed up before things went too far and outright told Luna to back off before she does something else she'll regret.
At the same time, Will (Crew Morrow) was in the design room with his mom. He told Katie (Heather Tom) about all the drama with Lusty Luna. Katie was horrified to hear a killer has set her sights on Will…and that the situation is also putting Electra in danger. Will was very much worried about the same thing. He didn't want his girlfriend caught in the crossfire. All he could do was hope she steers clear of Luna – which, of course, she wasn't. Not at all.
Will soon learned all about the confrontation when Electra got back to the office. He was horrified Electra got in the murderer's face but even more so when he heard Luna threatened her. At the same time, Sheila warned her granddaughter to clean up her act. Enough was enough. She even wondered if Luna was trying to ruin her second chance. She even advised Luna to get out of town. It's time for her to leave Los Angeles.

Across the hall, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) urged Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to help her plan a party for Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). When Ridge was reluctant, Brooke was not pleased. Ridge admitted he was wary of their romance, especially after what went down with the coup. Brooke didn't like that and urged Ridge to let that all go and put it behind them all. It was time to focus on the future.
Speaking of the future, Brooke wanted to talk about theirs, too. It doesn't matter how many times Ridge says no, she'll always fight for their love. As far as she's concerned, they are truly meant-to-be and nothing – and no one – can change that. Won't be give her another chance? They owe it to themselves, she said. Well, that's not Ridge's take. He's happy right where he is, with Taylor (Rebecca Budig). He did hold her hand, though because this is Ridge and he can never truly help himself.

Meanwhile, Hope was at the cliff house breaking the good news to Liam. He's getting his dying wish – not only has she moved on and is back with Carter but they're getting married! Liam was stunned – and thrilled when she showed off her huge rock. Hope thanked him for pushing her to chase love. He's always known what's best for her. This led them to once again reminisce about all their good days – and talk about Liam working to make everyone's lives right before his ends far too early. Liam wanted to ensure all was well (or as well as it can be) before he leaves this world.

The terrific HoverAir X1 selfie drone has plunged to its best price yet
Whether you're sightseeing or taking group selfies, the HoverAir X1 offers a fun, hands-free way to capture your summer vacation. And right now, it's available for around $268.99 ($80 off) at Amazon and B&H Photo, which is the best price we've seen on the selfie drone. Though fairly basic with a max resolution of 2.7K at 30fps, the HoverAir X1 excels at the essentials. The pocket-sized drone is quick and easy to set up – in under 20 seconds, my colleague Thomas Ricker was able to unfold it, power it on, and choose from six preset flight paths: hover, follow, orbit, zoom out, bird's eye, and a customizable mode – before capturing hands-free footage. It also comes with a companion app that lets you adjust distance, altitude, and other settings for each preset. To keep costs down, Zero Zero Robotics omitted some features that pricier drones from rivals like DJI offer, such as obstacle avoidance sensors and a physical controller. The HoverAir X1 also struggles in windy conditions and can't keep up with faster activities like road biking. It lacks GPS too – though the company included a VIO (Visual Inertial Odometry) system to compensate, which works well enough. Still, it does a great job covering everything most users need from a drone, making it a solid choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly, quick, and easy-to-use option. Zero Zero Robotics HoverAir X1 $34923% off $269 The pocketable HoverAir X1 keeps things simple, with a 2.7K at 30fps max resolution and six preset flight modes for easy, hands-free shooting. It lacks GPS and obstacle avoidance, but it launches in seconds and is easy to use. Three more deals worth checking out Amazon's latest Echo Spot is on sale starting at $49.95 ($30 off) at B&H Photo, which is the lowest we've seen it go for this year and $5 shy of the semi-circular smart display's all-time low. The Spot doubles as a great alarm clock that lets you gently wake up with your favorite music, while boasting a customizable 2.83-inch screen that shows useful information like the weather. It also offers Amazon Alexa integration, letting you control smart devices like lights with your voice right from your bed. Read our review. You can pick up the 6.3-inch Google Pixel 9A for $449 ($50 off) from Amazon, Best Buy, and directly from Google, which is its best price to Pixel 9A builds upon its predecessor with more robust IP68 water resistance and a slightly bigger and brighter screen. It also features an impressive camera system for the price and a 5,100mAh battery that should comfortably last over a day, along with seven years of promised OS updates. Read our review.

26-Year-Old Rapper Latto Admitted That She Finds Being Rich 'Boring' Since Becoming A Millionaire At 21, And It's Sparked A Conversation About How Celebs Use Their Wealth
Last week, rapper Latto candidly opened up about her wealth during an appearance on Complex's 360 With Speedy. The 26-year-old, formerly known as Mulatto, found fame nearly a decade ago after winning the first season of Lifetime's The Rap Game. In 2020, her single 'B*tch From Da Souf' went super viral, and she's since collaborated with a range of A-Listers. While noting that she's proud of her financial success, Latto admitted that she finds being rich 'kinda boring' after she was asked what it feels like to be able to buy whatever she wants. 'It's kinda boring,' she said. 'I was a millionaire at 21. So it's like, you grow up fast, already being in the industry at a young age and then when you have a lot of money at a young age too.' Related: I'm Absolutely Losing It Over Miley Cyrus's Theory About "Disney Gays" And "Nickelodeon Gays" That Just Destroyed My Entire Childhood 'I think I get the most 'fun' spoiling everybody around me now. I spend more money on other people than I do myself. I be so stingy with my money for myself,' she continued. 'It's boring. Money is not…I don't think that's what everybody should be chasing. It's fun, don't get me wrong,' she said before adding that she thinks people should be chasing 'true happiness.' 'The average person don't have a lot of money. I think we chase it, like, OK I gotta get this money. Then when you get this money, it's like, Damn. Now what? And I don't even have a billion yet, you know,' Latto added. Related: Let's Talk About How Creepy The Sydney Sweeney Bikini Pics Are The rapper noted that when she earned her first million dollars, she 'went crazy' with her spending, buying herself a Bentley, chains, and more. However, she noted that 'it just got old fast.' And when it was suggested that she might have had a 'different appreciation' for money if she'd acquired her wealth later in life, Latto agreed. 'Obviously it has its pros, but I don't know if it's the best thing for a 21 year old to be seeing that much money that fast. Like, it kinda takes away life's experiences,' she shared. Latto's candid comments have since picked up steam online, and while some X users noted that they understand her sentiment, others wound up debating how celebrities use their wealth. 'girl boo…create a scholarship program? job program for homeless ppl? SOMETHING,' one person wrote in response to Latto's remarks. 'If you consistently gave back to the community then there would always be a reason to chase the money, no?' another person said. 'theres people around the same age who can't even survive on a daily basis and you're complaining about having too much fucking money,' one person said. 'I don't like anyone who complains about having money, some people are living paycheck to paycheck,' said another. 'first world problems. bring back READING THE ROOM abilities for celebrities,' someone wrote, while one more user added, 'ppl with money shouldn't be complaining about having money.'
