Florida man buys $20 Monopoly scratch-off game at Publix, wins $5M
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida man struck gold after he bought a winning scratch-off game at a Publix.
The Florida Lottery announced Wednesday that 63-year-old Benjamin Chiurliza claimed a top prize of $5 million from the MONOPOLY SECRET VAULT scratch-off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
He turned $20 into $5 million after buying the winning ticket at the Publix located at 14375 Miramar Parkway in Miramar.
