Man accused of flooding, destroying Airbnb
COOLBAUGH TWP., MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man is facing charges after police said he broke into, flooded, and destroyed an Airbnb in Monroe County.
According to the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department, on February 8, around 10:00 a.m., officers responded to the 6000 block of Boardwalk Drive for a man who broke into a residence.
Police said they learned the suspect, Daniel Celban, 33, of New York, was arrested early the night before for open lewdness and trespassed from the property after his Airbnb contract was canceled.
Drugs, 'ghost guns' seized after dispute outside home
Investigators reported that Celban went back to the property in the morning and forced his way into the home by breaking the window and climbing in.
Officers said they arrested Celban and they discovered that the home was destroyed and the water was running causing the house to flood.
Celban has been charged with burglary, trespassing, and resisting arrest.

Man arrested after gun fired on CTA bus in West Town
CHICAGO (WGN) — A man is in custody after officers say he allegedly fired a gun on a CTA bus on the West Side early Friday morning. Officers said the incident unfolded around 1:30 a.m. on a bus that was driving in the 1400 block of North Ashland Avenue in West Town. Officers said following the gunshot, the bus came to a stop and the suspect allegedly fled the scene. VSP issue Codi Alert for endangered boy in Chesapeake
CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY)– Virginia State Police have issued a Codi Alert for an endangered boy in Chesapeake. According to state police, 17-year-old Jose Miguel Pomales was last seen at his residence on June 10 at 3:40 p.m. The description of his clothing is unknown. He may be operating a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic with Virginia license plate: TEK4237. Pomales is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5'10 and 186 pounds. He has an appendix scar. Police say he is considered endangered and may be a danger to himself.
