A 'Special Relationship:' Cook on Trump, Saudi Arabia
Steven A. Cook, Senior Fellow for Middle East & Africa Studies at the Council for Foreign Relations, states there is a special relationship between Saudi Arabia and President Trump when discussing what the United States & Saudi Arabia are looking to exchange with one another.
