It comes after the singer was spotted numerous times wearing a diamond ring on her left ring finger. The 25-year-old has been dating the Irish actor since last summer, and fans are wondering if the pair are set to tie the knot. Abrams was keen to show off the ring, posing with her left hand under her chin in one snap, and waving with it in another. The ring appeared on her finger once again this week while performing a show in Melbourne, Australia. A snap of the ring was sent into celebrity gossip page Deux Moi along with a message that read 'ENGAGED: Gracie Abrams rocking a huge diamond on her [engagement] finger at tonight's Melbourne show.' Sharing their two cents on the rumours, the page added: 'Gracie Abrams arriving in Melbourne…always THAT ring and never just A ring.' Taking to the comments, fans didn't seem convinced by the rumours. 'Would bet a million dollars she's not engaged', one wrote. ''I think she just likes the ring,' another added. A third chimed in with: 'If you look at pictures of her she legit always has a ring on either her left middle or left ring finger. Not sure why this picture would mean something different.' Earlier this year the couple sparked rumours that their romance was over after they were reportedly spotted having a tearful row during date night at a London restaurant, during which Gracie appeared to storm out. An onlooker told MailOnline that the pair were sat opposite one another, while Paul had his head in his hands, and Gracie 'sat there crying.' 'She was crying so much that he then started to cry too. 'She eventually got up and walked out of the restaurant while they were halfway through their meal and he was left to pay the bill before leaving shortly afterwards,' they continued. 'Everyone saw it all go down, it looked like a break-up, we were just shocked at how public it all was.' The couple spent time together in Co Cork last Christmas. The couple, who kept a low profile, visited the supermarket to stock up on some food, and posed for pics with the staff. It's believed that the couple are staying at Paul's holiday home in Schull. The Kildare actor was rumoured to be engaged to his previous girlfriend Phoebe Bridgers before their split in December 2022. Gracie also ended a serious relationship in 2022, when she split from her singer-songwriter boyfriend of five years Blake Slatkin.

The flirtation between JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes on Celebrity Big Brother UK has added a little heartbreak to the drama following weeks of speculation, rumors, and an identity crisis. Fans have religiously tuned in to watch their budding relationship, which ultimately culminated in the end of Siwa's relationship with nonbinary actor and content creator Kath Ebbs, whom she was dating when she enter the Big Brother House. A few weeks later, Siwa sparked another controversy when she, in fact, did decide she was no longer a lesbian and opted to 'switch letters' to identify as 'queer' instead. The latter situation sent fans into a frenzy, particularly due to Siwa fanning the 'all lesbians are secretly into men' flames started by Rourke. Outside of that, fans also wondered how Siwa's partner, Kath Ebbs, felt while watching this all unfold from back home. They admitted they were hurt watching what went down on the show, but that they wanted clarity over the whole situation, which ultimately left them humiliated. 'I flew here [to London] and I went to the live show to show up for my partner and support them in their experience and, obviously, I wanted to address my feelings of hurt and work through them like all relationships do,' they said in the three-minute video. Gracie Abrams recently gave a shout-out to Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech at the Billboard Women in Music 2025 award show. On March 29, the singer received the Songwriter of the Year award at the prestigious event that took place at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles. Besides Swift, Abrams also went on to thank songwriter Sarah Aarons and Audrey Hobert. While accepting the Songwriter of the Year trophy at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music award show, Gracie Abrams expressed her heartwarming gratitude toward her mentor, Taylor Swift. She said, 'I've been lucky to learn from and write with some of the most wonderful and talented people — the incomparable Miss Taylor Swift.' Abrams continued, 'I will never stop thanking her for the gift of her pen,' which she believes 'very much raised' her. The singer further expressed her gratefulness towards songwriter Sarah Aarons. She said, 'I looked up to Sarah's writing for ages before I ever met her.' The artist revealed that she was 19 when she first began working with Aarons. Abrams explained, 'She didn't need to be as kind to me as she was. But she was, and I will cherish that forever.' Meghan Trainor credits dramatic weight loss to biohacking, says 'science is the secret'
After months of speculation surrounding her recent weight loss, Meghan Trainor is crediting her physical transformation to "science." While attending the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event over the weekend, the "All About That Bass" singer opened up about the steps she's taken to "biohack" her body. "Science is the secret. I love it," the mom of two told Entertainment Tonight when asked about the secret behind her new look. "I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea [about]. I was working out so incorrectly wrong for so long. I was running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed, always." "I'm trying to biohack my body," she added. "So anything that'll help me age backward, I'm into it." "I just learned about the NADs [supplements]. I was like, 'Make me Hailey Bieber. I'll do it. I'll take it' … I'm trying all the things. I love a doctor explaining stuff to me." NADs, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, "helps keep our cells functioning properly," according to Emma Wedgwood, an advanced nurse practitioner. "It plays an essential role in energy production by converting the food we eat into the fuel our cells need," Wedgwood told GQ last year. "NAD comes in two forms, NAD+ and NADH, both working together to ensure that our bodies have the energy they need to perform vital functions. Beyond energy, NAD also supports processes like DNA repair and immune health. As we get older, NAD+ levels tend to drop, which can affect our energy and cell regeneration, making it a focus in anti-ageing and wellness research." When it comes to her health and fitness, Trainor has always been open about her journey throughout the years. The "Been Like This" songstress previously lost 60 lbs after giving birth to her first son. "I was my heaviest I've ever been. I was like over 200 pounds when I C-sectioned him out. I just wasn't feeling great," Trainor told ET Canada in 2022. She "challenged" herself to lose the weight gradually. "I was like, 'If I can survive a C-section, I can do anything!' – [and] I was very dedicated and I started seeing the pounds come off like one week at a time, one pound… I learned that I do like healthy food and I learned what portions mean. And I learned my brain is so happy when I exercise, so I'm just [feeling] better than ever."
