Residential Curbside Cleanup Week is May 12-17 in Jamestown
Apr. 8—The 2025 Residential Curbside Cleanup Week is scheduled for Monday, May 12, through
Saturday, May 17, in Jamestown.
People are asked to place items on the roadway as close to the curb or shoulder as possible. Materials must be out by 7 a.m. on your designated cleanup day. These areas are based on residents' street addresses. The day of cleanup may not be the same day as your garbage collection day.
The schedule:
Monday, May 12: southeast section of the city
Tuesday, May 13: southwest section of the city
Wednesday, May 14: northwest section of the city
Thursday, May 15: northeast section of the city
All items left at a property after the city truck has collected acceptable items are the
responsibility of the property owner. Trucks will not return to collect any remaining items once the route is complete.

During Cleanup Week only, the City Baler/landfill will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Each household may dispose
of 500 pounds at no charge and must show proof of residency, such as a utility bill.
