ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Today's the day. It's warm and the streets of downtown Rochester will be packed with marchers and spectators celebrating St. Patrick's Day. If you can't make it in person, you can watch the 2025 Tops St. Patrick's Day Parade live on The parade kicks off at 12:30 p.m., but be patient, as it'll take some time for marchers to strut their stuff by our camera location at the reviewing stand. The parade will step off at the corner of East Avenue at Alexander Street before moving to Main Street and ending on Main St. and Fitzhugh Street.
