Ticket lottery now open for 2026 Masters Tournament, Women's Amateur
This week is your first chance to apply for a coveted patron spot at Augusta National for the 2026 Masters Tournament and Women's Amateur. The 2026 Masters tournament is scheduled for April 9-12 with the practice rounds scheduled for April 6-8. The 2026 Augusta National Women's Amateur will take place the weekend before the Masters from April 1-4. How does the lottery work? The application is online only and you must have an account registered at or Each lottery is its own application. Once you sign-in, you can apply for up to four passes to any or all of the Masters practice rounds Monday through Wednesday and daily tournament rounds Thursday through Sunday. Advertisement You can also apply for four tickets to the Women's Amateur for the daily rounds. How much will the tickets cost? If you win, the practice rounds cost $125 a ticket for Monday and Tuesday and $150 for Wednesday's practice round and the Par 3 contest. The main rounds Thursday through Sunday will cost $160 a ticket. For the Augusta National Women's Amateur, the first two rounds are free and the final round costs $150 a ticket. What are the lottery rules? You can only apply once from your permanent address. You cannot apply from a second home, business or temporary address. Winners will be notified in July before the payment portal opens July 20. They will have an August deadline to pay for the tickets, which will be mailed out in March. Tickets for practice rounds are chosen after tickets for the daily competition. The Masters Tournament has stated that those who submitted applications for practice rounds tickets but were not chosen for daily tournament tickets will be added in the practice rounds ticket drawing. The window for applying for tickets is open from June 1 to June 20. After the drawing process are finished at the end of July, all candidates will get notification. The only official source of tickets is the Masters Tournament. However, they can be purchased from third-party resellers, frequently at steep markups. The 2026 Masters Tournament will take place at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, from Thursday, April 9 to Sunday, April 12. The Masters practice rounds are scheduled for April 6–8 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The USGA, Masters Tournament and PGA of America announced Tuesday that registration for 2025-26 Drive, Chip and Putt qualifying is now open. You can click here to access it. Local qualifying begins in May and will continue throughout the summer with 357 sites in all 50 states for boys and girls, ages 7-15. The full schedule of qualifying events includes 10 notable venues set to host regional qualifiers this fall for participants who advance: TPC Sawgrass, Whistling Straits, Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, Laurel Valley Golf Club, Valhalla Golf Club, The Ridgewood Country Club, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Hazeltine National Golf Club, Fields Ranch at PGA Frisco and Four Seasons Hualalai Resort. Top performers at the local level will advance through sub-regional and regional qualifiers in July/August and September/October, respectively. From these qualifiers, 80 finalists — 40 boys and 40 girls — will earn an invitation to compete in the National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club on Sunday, April 5, the eve of the 2026 Masters Tournament. Qualifiers are facilitated by all 41 sections of the PGA of America across the country. Local qualifying begins May 2 at Champion Lakes Golf Club in McAllen, Texas.
