Wilson man plans to help the homeless after lottery win
WILSON COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) — A Wilson man won big on a scratch-off ticket recently.
Robert Lowman said that he plans to use his $250,000 winnings to help the less fortunate, 'I want to help the homeless people in my community,'. Lowman got the lucky ticket from J & H Mart on Tarboro Street. He participated in the 20x The Cash for $5.
Lowman collected his winnings Monday, from the lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After withholdings he took home $179,376.
