How a Facebook Marketplace meet-up at a McDonald's led to this wild crash

The incident unfolded along Main North Road in Nailsworth north of Adelaide about 10pm on Monday. Dramatic footage two vehicles travelling side-by-side before the silver hatchback suddenly swerved and hit the blue sedan twice. The hatchback then veered off the road and clipped a light pole before it slammed into a fire hydrant The impact left the vehicle severely damaged as water gushed from the burst water main. The blue sedan fled the scene without stopping. South Australia Police have since spoken to the 21-year-old female hatchback driver.
