Weapon seized following attempted theft: LPS
A London woman has been arrested after a theft and weapons report was made in west London. Around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, a call was made to 911 after a woman allegedly stole the victim's cell phone when she put it down in a business near Wonderland Road North and Farrah Road. Two bystanders tried to stop the theft, but police said the suspect pulled a knife out, before running. Another 911 call was made when the suspect went into another business near Wonderland Road North and Horizon Drive, still holding the knife. The female suspect was found by police and arrested a short time later. The knife was seized, and the victim's cell phone was returned. A 27-year-old London woman is now facing charges for theft under $5,000, possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, and assaulting a peace officer.

Impaired man arrested for driving over three times the legal limit: P.E.I. RCMP
An RCMP vehicle is seen in this file photo. (CTV News Regina) The Prince Edward Island RCMP recently arrested two men for allegedly driving while impaired. Police say the first incident happened in Stratford Friday afternoon. An officer stopped a vehicle around 4:30 p.m. for having expired registration, according to an RCMP news release. Police say a 24-year-old man went on to provide breath samples of 250 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood, which is over three times the legal limit. The Kings County man will appear in court at a later date. Police say the next incident happened in New Perth, about 10 km outside Montague, Saturday night. The driver was reportedly stopped for a driving infraction at 6:40 p.m. Police say the traffic stop led to the arrest of a 27-year-old man for impaired driving by cannabis. Man charged after Norwich woman seriously injured and police hurt
A man has been charged with assault after a woman and four police officers were injured following an Police were called to Rouen Road, Norwich, at 15:00 BST on Thursday, following reports that three men were assaulting a went to the scene and arrested three people.
