Byron blasts through the 2A Stillman Valley Regional with 10-0 win against Oregon
STILLMAN VALLEY, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — The Byron Tigers made it 28 straight wins Saturday when they defeated Oregon 10-5 in five innings to clinch the 2A Stillman Valley Regional Baseball Tigers banged out 11 hits in the game. Kaden McGough had three hits in four trips to the plate. One was a triple. Caden Considine had two hits, and he also tripled. Andrew Talbert popped another home run. Talbert also came within one hit of another no-hitter on the mound. Talbert went five innings, allowing one hit while striking out nine on his way to a Tigers also stole seven bases, and they did not commit an their record is now 31-4.
