File Photo Anant Ambani and Akash Ambani have emerged as the richest Indians under age of 40 , according to the 360 ONE Wealth Creators List 2025. The report lists a new generation of Indian wealth creators, with 143 individuals below the age of 40 and building wealth in different sectors. 27-year-old Shashwat Nakrani is the youngest wealth creator in the list. The study also shows the dominance of famous corporate powerhouses wherein the top 50 business houses of the country hold nearly 60% of the total wealth. Reliance Industries and Adani Enterprises alone contribute 12% of the overall wealth tracked in the rankings shows their influence in the country's business world. Family members and promoters linked to the Tata Group, Reliance Industries, and Adani Group own 24% of the combined promoter wealth identified in the list. A total of 161 individuals are worth more than Rs 100 billion each. India has 143 such young leaders who are wealth creators below the age of 40. Out of them 46% of first-generation rupee billionaires are digital disruptors. A majority of India's first-generation entrepreneurs gained wealth with the help of the digital economy and built their business models. 60% of their wealth comes from sectors like broking and investment platforms (like Upstox and Zerodha), e-commerce solutions (Urban Company, Swiggy, and Honasa Consumer), edtech (PhysicsWallah and Unacademy), and fintech (like Stashfin, Slice, and OneCard). 360 ONE Wealth released the edition of the 360 ONE Wealth Creators List in collaboration with CRISIL. This has 2,013 entrepreneurs, professionals, investors who collectively hold a combined wealth of Rs 100 trillion. This is around one-third of the country's GDP. Everyone among them has a minimum net worth of Rs 5 billion. Among them, 161 are worth Rs 100 billion and above, 1,868 members are part of the Rs 50-billion group. That's a total of Rs 36 lakh crore is more than the GDP of Italy and the Netherlands combined.
