Dubai firm to launch AI-powered parking app

Dubai-based company 'Xpace' is set to launch an AI-driven smart parking application designed to streamline the process of finding and securing parking spots within cities. The service will initially roll out in new areas of Dubai, with plans to gradually expand to other cities across the UAE. 'Xpace' app leverages advanced algorithms to analyse traffic patterns, mobility trends, and local events, providing real-time data on available parking spaces. The platform offers its services entirely free of charge. Users can pre-book parking spots and gain automatic access through electronic gates without human intervention or delays. The app features a user-friendly interface and diverse parking reservation options. Powered by sophisticated AI algorithms, the app analyses traffic flow, recurring behaviours, and local events to deliver precise, instant information on parking availability. 'Xpace' prioritises digital security and data privacy, ensuring all user identities and information are protected. Marat Shutanov, CEO of 'Xpace,' emphasised that the platform represents 'a new generation of digital infrastructure, operating autonomously with high efficiency and reshaping the urban experience to be smarter, smoother, and aligned with future needs.' He added, 'Choosing Dubai as the starting point for 'Xpace' was a natural decision, as the city not only keeps pace with the future but actively shapes it, consistently driving innovation.' 'Xpace' app redefines the parking experience by addressing a major daily challenge, saving time and effort spent searching for available spots. This, in turn, reduces traffic congestion and carbon emissions, enhancing urban transportation efficiency and aligning with the vision of smart cities. Recently, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the next-generation 360 Services Policy, aimed at enhancing customer experience by providing integrated, seamless, and proactive digital services without requiring in-person visits.
