Nestlé India appoints Manish Tiwary as Managing Director effective August 1, 2025

Nestlé India Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Tiwary as its new Managing Director for a term of five years, starting from August 1, 2025. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and will be presented for shareholder approval at the upcoming 66th Annual General Meeting.
Effective April 24, 2025, Mr. Tiwary has also been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company during the transition phase.
Mr. Tiwary, aged 55, brings nearly three decades of experience in consumer goods and e-commerce. Prior to this role, he served as Special Project Manager for Zone Asia, Oceania, and Africa (AOA) at Nestlé in Switzerland. He is best known for his eight-year tenure as Country Manager at Amazon India and two decades with Unilever in roles spanning sales, marketing, and general management across India, the Gulf, and North Africa.
Mr. Tiwary holds a in Computer Science and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. The company confirmed that he has no relation to other board members and is not debarred by SEBI or any authority from holding a directorial position.
