Streets to close in Manhattan for Easter Sunday Mass
NEW YORK (PIX11) – Easter will take over New York City on Sunday, with the NYPD shutting down some streets in Manhattan for Mass.
The road closures are at the discretion of police. Here's where they'll take place:
5th Avenue between 47th Street and 52nd Street
East 50th Street between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue
East 51st Street between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue

The Bonnet Festival will also be held along 5th Avenue near St. Patrick's Cathedral starting at 10 a.m. Revelers will march from 49th to 57th streets, decked out in spring attire.
The 6th Avenue Spring Fair will also be held in Manhattan on Sunday, which will shutter 6th Avenue between 23rd Street and 33rd Street, according to authorities.
