No stay on Bihar prelims exam: Supreme court finds no proof of leak
The Supreme Court on April 23 refused to postpone the forthcoming Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Main Exam on April 25, even though there has been an accusation of a paper leak in the Preliminary Exam conducted on December 13, 2024. A bench of Justices Dipankar Datta and Manmohan rejected a group of petitions seeking cancellation of the 70th Combined Competitive Preliminary had claimed that questions had been leaked prior to the test and had claimed that answers were being declared through loudspeakers at some the court raised questions over the credibility of the electronic evidence produced and pointed out that complaints were mainly connected with a single centre - Bapu Pariksha Parisar - where a re-test had already been held.
