Italian luxury fashion brand Gucci made its first ever saree for Alia Bhatt to dress the Bollywood celebrity for the closing of the 78th Cannes Film Festival in France, fusing its own design language with Indian heritage aesthetics. "Along la Croisette, friends of the House were captured in Gucci during the 78th Annual Cannes Film Festival at red carpet premieres and photo calls," announced Gucci on Facebook, sharing images of Bhatt along with global celebrities including Dakota Johnson among others.
