Atlantic City airport is adding direct flights to a new destination hotspot
As a seasonal offering for leisure travelers, Atlantic City International Airport is adding nonstop flights to Miami later in the summer.
The Spirit Airlines route is to begin Aug. 13 with four weekly flights, the airport said in a statement. This seasonal route is to operate on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
The new service "aligns with rising demand for leisure travel and connectivity to Florida's Atlantic coast," the statement said.
