YouTuber Andrew Cross dies a month after car crash
Andrew Cross, a YouTube star, died after he was taken off life support after suffering injuries in a car accident in January. The 36-year-old died on March 4.
Cross sustained a traumatic brain injury from the accident, and he was in the hospital for a little over a month before his family made the decision to remove him from life support.
His wife Evelyn managed his social media page to tell his followers about his injury.

The backstory
Andrew Cross, a Colorado resident, was an outdoor adventure guide known as "Desert Drifter" to his followers and he had more than 400,000 subscribers on his YouTube page.
Cross shared videos about "exploration and adventure with a historical twist,"US Weeklyreported, citing his biography.
The YouTube creator's content amassed over 68 million views since he joined the video sharing platform in 2023.
Cross's sister, Jenna, shared the news of his death on aCaringBridge site, which was created to update family, friends and fans on his condition, reported.
Jenna noted on the site that friends and family "read scripture, prayed, and sang" during the process of removing Cross off life support, which she called "peaceful and beautiful."
