Star Mercedes Formula 1 driver George Russell was on Tuesday spotted with his girlfriend Carmen Mundt and Williams' Alex Albon on the streets of Monaco, driving around in his plush $5,450,000 Mercedes car, reportedly the AMG One-Hypercar, which has been in the news for its massive price.
Russell's small post-race escape has drawn attention not just for Albon's presence but also for the posh car he was driving.
The Mercedes had its signature scissor doors open with an '63' marking, which is Russell's number. Watch the video here:

Russell's outing drew further spotlight because of the Mercedes' increasing exclusivity and huge resale value, which was priced between $2.3 and $3.4 million.
The Mercedes is a technological genius born from the company's vision of translating Formula 1 into street-legal cars.
'This is such a unique project. I don't think this will ever be made again and because of the hybrid system with the electric motors, it also fits in with today's greener times… A Formula 1 engine and a road car with so much downforce," former F1 driver Christijan Albers had told De Telegraaf in 2024.
Powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged hybrid engine lifted from Mercedes' championship-winning Formula 1 cars, the AMG One pushes out a combined 1063 hp.
Russell qualified third in Jeddah, finishing fifth, with Antonelli one place behind. He blamed his inability to continue his podium run on tyres, telling his side at one point they were 'toast".
'My tyres dropped off the cliff, and it was all about just bringing the car home in P5. Ultimately, we didn't have the pace today. Even if we had managed more at different points, that was the maximum available to us this evening," Russell said.
A strong weekend for Williams was rewarded with both Carlos Sainz and Albon finishing in the points.
