Britney Spears gets a warning by authorities after she lit a cigarette in a flight, sparking mental health concerns
, the iconic singer, has sparked concerns about her mental health after she caused panic on a jet by drinking and even lighting a cigarette, and it certainly wasn't the first time.

According to TMZ, when the 'Gimme More' singer was travelling from Cabo San Lucas to Los Angeles with her security, she started drinking on the flight, then she pulled out a cigarette, lit it, and started smoking, which is against aviation rules.

When the flight attendants were alarmed, they ordered Britney to put the cigarette out, which she did, but was deemed 'difficult' by the staff. As the plane landed in LAX, the 'Criminal' singer was warned about the behaviour by the authorities. However, Spears was told to leave soon.
'This is not her first warning,' a source said, according to People magazine. 'She doesn't exactly follow the rules,' they added. The private plane service, JSX, stated that they have 'no comments' about the incident.
Previously, the Princess of Pop made headlines for bringing a grill lighter on the private plane for her birthday celebrations in 2024. Additionally, in 2020, the 'Toxic' singer raised concerns as well when she burned down her home gym after an incident with candles, and she was the one holding the lighter, but she 'even kept the device over her mouth as she spoke with members of her entourage,' according to the Daily Mail.
