She has now started having treatment to prevent this from happening further and to kick start regrowth. Opening up, the soap star said: "I was in perimenopause and I didn't even know that was. I had never even heard of it before. "When it comes to things like with the hair, you know, I've just noticed the thinning a bit. More on Steph Waring "Even though I've got short hair, it just is all falling into place. that before I got it caught, my hair was, I was losing a lot of it in the shower. So I was shredding quite a lot." Revealing she had sought help from the British Hair Clinic, Steph explained the treatment she was having. The actress said she was undergoing PRP hair treatment . This is a non-surgical procedure that uses a patient's own blood to stimulate hair growth and improve hair quality.
