The official announcement of the forthcoming season was made earlier this year, and now the makers have dropped a new intriguing motion poster of the lead cast, raising fans' excitement. Though the final release date of the series is yet to be announced by the team, here's a quick brief on what we know about Hunter Season 2 so far.
Backed by Yoodlee Films, the show will premiere on the OTT platform Amazon MX Player. The digital platform took to its official Instagram handle and dropped a new motion poster of Hunter Season 2 featuring close-up shots of Suniel and Jackie. We can also see Anusha Dandekar's look, implying her pivotal role in the series.
Interestingly, the poster was attached to the recreated version of the song Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai from the film Guide. Sharing the poster, they wrote in the caption, 'Jis faceoff ka intezaar tha, woh aa gaya hai! #TootegaNahiTodega #Hunter Season 2 Coming Soon on Amazon MX Player!"

Recently, at the Goafest 2025, Shetty shared an exclusive look at Hunter Season 2, calling it a fast-paced thriller steeped in emotional storytelling. 'It's a father's journey to reunite with his daughter—filled with pain, love, sacrifice, and redemption," he told me.
Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega marks the actor's return as ACP Vikram Chauhan, as he navigates a complex web of crime, corruption and personal struggles while trying to prove his innocence in a murder accusation. The series explores his journey through Mumbai's underworld and his efforts to expose hidden secrets.
The first season of the show was released in 2023 and garnered appreciation from the audience. Helmed by Alok Batra and Prince Dhiman, the show also featured Esha Deol, Barkha Bisht, Rahul Dev, Karanvir Sharma and Teena Singh in the lead roles.
Apart from this, Suneil is also a part of the historical drama film, Kesari Veer, which hit the theatres today, May 23.
