Lakeside, P.E.I., boardwalk to be made more accessible after damage to Fiona
Fans of Lakeside beach may soon have an easier way to get to the popular spot on P.E.I.'s North Shore. Dunes around the boardwalk have made the walk to the beach challenging in recent years for families and people with accessibility issues. So did damage from post-tropical storm Fiona. Local residents and the Morell and Area Development Corporation are working on a plan to improve accessibility for the long term. CBC's Nancy Russell and drone operator Aaron Adetuyi headed to Lakeside to take a look.

P.E.I. college program producing steady stream of wind-turbine technicians for growing sector
Holland College will graduate its latest class of 11 wind-turbine technicians this month, and predicts most of them will land good jobs soon after because the industry is booming. The P.E.I. graduates get hands-on experience over the nine-month training program. Nancy Russell and drone operator Aaron Adetuyi caught up with the class at one of their last 'Turbine Fridays.'
