A wandering husky is home safe and sound thanks to two quick-thinking Essex-Windsor EMS paramedics.
In a social media post, the service says Aaron Thomson and Ryan Cloutier encountered the dog, named Marvin, during their shift Tuesday night.
The pair managed to secure the adventurous pup until the Windsor/Essex Humane Society could pick him up.
'A wandering dog was reunited with his grateful owner thanks to paramedics with Essex-Windsor EMS,' the post reads, thanking all involved for making sure Marvin got home safely.
It may have been a detour from their usual duties — but in the end, Marvin's rescue was a pawsitive outcome.
