Bhopal: The Bhopal Leopards announced their squad composition and unveiled their new kit for the Madhya Pradesh Premier League (MPL) Scindia Cup 2025 on Thursday. The team, which finished runners-up last season, presents a formidable lineup. The squad structure reflects strategic planning, incorporating substantial batting resources and diverse bowling options. Their newly designed kit and logo represent their competitive spirit. The management presented their detailed plans during the team announcement event. Team owner Abhishek Mohan Gupta shared insights about their extensive preparations, highlighting their commitment to excellence in cricket and nurturing talent. Head coach Sanjay Pandey detailed the training regime, including practice matches and specific scenario-based sessions. Pre-season fitness programmes are scheduled for the players. The team is particularly focusing on adapting to various playing conditions, especially for night matches. Captain , drawing from his IPL background, established a system where experienced players coach younger ones. Vice-Captain Kamal Tripathi will concentrate on enhancing middle-order batting performance. While maintaining their primary team members from the previous season, the team added strategic recruits.
