You can help make a difference in the lives of children
WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — A national program is asking people to help make a difference in the lives of children.
Absolutely Incredible Kids Day, coming up this Thursday, March 20, is a time where people to write, text, email or talk to a child and give them words of kindness.
The targeted date is this Thursday, March 20, but any day is an opportunity.
To celebrate, Camp Fire North Texas will:
Host a letter-writing campaign encouraging parents, teachers, and mentors to write letters encouraging children and youth.
Recognize a child or youth in your life on social media using #AIKD2025.
Partner with local schools and youth organizations to spread positive messages and affirmations.
