Britain's Got Talent's third semi-finalists revealed with stomach-churning twist

The third semi-final of Britain's Got Talent will air this weekend, and it promises to be a dramatic episode which will leave fans on the edge of their seats Britain's Got Talent viewers will no doubt be shielding their eyes ahead of this weekend's semi-final. Rather than running each semi-final daily, show bosses made the decision to shake the show up this year and will air a live episode each weekend. But while there's a mixture of contestants taking to the stage this weekend, those tuning in to see who will go through to the final will be left sitting on the edge of their seats. This year, Olly Pearson and Stacey Leadbeatter have already secured their place in the grand final, alongside Vinnie McKee and The Blackouts. ‌ This week, dancers, gymnasts, a musician, singers, and a danger act will take to the stage. But what can we expect? Well, ITV have now confirmed that one of the most stomach-churning acts of the year will be performing in front of the judges and the live studio audience. ‌ Danger act, Bao Cuong, who previously left Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Bruno Toniolo gobsmacked during his intense act. The performer swallowed a string of utensils as well as a giant pair of scissors before a flaming sword. Head judge Simon looked utterly horrified as he branded Bao's performance "disgusting". Elsewhere, gymnast Albert Amores, 18, wowed the judges with a stunning routine to Benson Boone's hit single Beautiful Things. Albert left the judges so impressed that he received a staggering four yeses and sailed through to the next round of the competition. Singers Electric Umbrella, who sang their original song Acceptance will also be performing. During their audience, Simon was so happy with their set that they received Simon's second golden buzzer of the audition process. Meanwhile, Wirral-born dancer Harry Barnes and his dance partner, Lewis, from Manchester, will also be performing a jaw-dropping dance routine. During their audition, the pair who met as children admitted they were "besties" and they both teach children their skills in hopes of inspiring them. ‌ Their routine to Kid Cudi's Day 'n' Nite impressed Alesha Dixon, who said she loved watching the lads' "passion and enthusiasm" as Bruno exclaimed: "What a great job!" They went on to win over the judges and were given four yeses. Also performing is drag queen Jasmine Rice who performed a rendition of Nessun Dorma. Bruno Tonioli was reduced to tears following the song as he confirmed: "I was crying." Fellow singer Mickey Callisto showcased his impressive talent as he belted out Who Wants To Live Forever by Queen. "Is this Mickey? Is this Freddie? But whatever it was, it's sensational, your voice is absolutely stunning," gushed Alesha. ‌ Italian dance group Ping Pong Pang Crew kicked off the episode of their audition. The group, which also consists of siblings, attracted controversy. They had previously received two golden buzzers while competing on Italy's Got Talent. Scottish musician RuMac will also be taking to the stage, having left KSI, Amanda, Alesha and Simon wowed with his accordion singles as he played Yes Sir, I Can Boogie. However, Simon was initially doubtful, admitting: "Oh no, it's even worse. It's an accordion. I hate accordions," with Alesha also in agreement. Simon later added: "Accordions and recorders, normally, they don't go down great however, I've never heard anything like this in my life, it was fantastically mad." ‌ Opening the semi-final this week will be the cast of Just For One Day, the musical which delves into the backstage story of the biggest global music event on record, Live Aid. Audiences can expect a showstopping opening as the show is set to transfer to the West End this month, following sold-out runs at London's Old Vic and in Toronto. Also on the bill this week, Britain's Got Talent reigning champion, Sydnie Christmas, will take to the stage for a jaw-dropping performance. Sydnie won Amanda's Golden Buzzer with her touching rendition of Tomorrow from the musical Annie, before breezing through the semi-finals with her performance of My Way. However, it was her stunning version of Over the Rainbow that captured the nation's hearts and saw her crowned as the winner of Britain's Got Talent 2024. This year, the final will air much later than usual, with the series likely to crown its champion on Saturday, May 31.

THE EQUALIZER Series Finale Recap: (S05E18) Decisions

The Equalizer Season 5 Episode 18, 'Decisions,' marks the end of the road for this series. The final episode starts with a couple hiking in the woods. As they realize they are lost and have been walking in circles, they come across Salazar's army. Before they can escape, Salazar and his army find them. When the couple asks them not to shoot them, Salazar instructs one of his soldiers to kill them with her knife. At that moment, he sees Robyn (Queen Latifah) and Dante (Tory Kittles) arriving at their cabin. He says that because of Robyn's skills, they need to use the element of surprise to win. RELATED: Read our recap of the previous episode of The Equalizer , 'Acceptance' The Equalizer, 'Decisions' Dante and Robyn are in the kitchen talking about the first time they met when a couple knocks on their door. Their neighbors from down the road step into the cabin and start looking around. To protect themselves, Dante and Robyn give them fake names. The neighbors refuse to leave and start drinking their way. Meanwhile, Mel (Liza Lapira) and Harry (Adam Goldberg) look deeper into Salazar and his role on the global stage. That is when Harry begins to wonder how long they will keep equalizing and putting their lives in danger. When Mel asks if this has anything to do with her PTSD, Harry tells her it's about survival. Harry wants to text Robyn about Salazar, but Mel stops him. She thinks Dante planned this getaway to propose to Robyn, but Harry doesn't think so because he believes Dante would have talked to him about it first. At that moment, a notification pops up on his computer, letting them know Salazar arrived near Robyn and Dante's cabin that morning. Now is the time to let them know what's happening. RELATED: On Location: Please Touch Museum on Abbott Elementary Danger Is Here The Equalizer Aunt Vi (Lorraine Toussaint) is hiding her good pans when Dee (Laya DeLeon Hayes) walks into the kitchen that morning because Curtis is coming over to cook for her. As Dante opens the door to find Gary the neighbor, someone shoots him from behind. Salazar's army is coming for them and shooting. Neither Robyn nor Dante has their guns with them. The Future Is Knocking As they get ready to help Robyn and Dante, Mel asks Harry what he thinks they would be doing if they weren't equalizing. As they weigh their options, Salazar's men break into the cabin, and Dante and Robyn have to physically fight them. One of the men gets too close to Robyn with his knife, but Dante shoots him before he can do any harm. That is when they realize those are Salazar's men. They decide to split up to find the neighbor and cell signal. Back at home, Curtis is cooking for Aunt Vi. She tries to tell him how to cook, so he decides to let her do things her way. Even though her friends want to get backup, Robyn says there's no time because they have Dante, and she is going to trade herself in for him. Curtis asks Aunt Vi to move in with him, and for a second, she is unable to give him an answer. Meanwhile, Dee and her favorite author talk about the multiple rejections she received because of her arrest. When she mentions she got into UCLA, but she is still set on the social justice program at Howard, the author asks her what she is willing to do to fight the 'no' she got. She asks what Dee would tell the acceptance board, and Dee proceeds to tell her about her family history and why social justice is so important to her. That is when Mel and Harry start shooting at the police station. They kill the army, but Salazar shoots Dante and runs away before they can get him. Robyn and Mel go after Salazar. When Robyn and Salazar run out of bullets, they start physically fighting. Salazar has a knife that Robyn manages to steal from him and uses to stab him. When she arrives back at the station to check on Dante, he gets down on one knee, pulls out a ring, and asks her to marry him in front of Mel and Harry. But before Robyn can give him an answer, Dante passes out. At home, Curtis tells Aunt Vi that he isn't trying to pressure her into moving in with him but is ready for the next step. Dee says if that happens, she will be going to Howard. When Dante wakes up, Robyn talks about the kind of life they would have together because she is a danger magnet. Even though she tries to convince him it would be dangerous, Dante says he understands the risks of the life they have chosen to live together. Robyn puts on the ring and agrees to marry him.
