64 arrests made during Pennsylvania State Police multi-county enforcement detail
(WTAJ) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) had a multi-county enforcement detail Wednesday that saw 64 arrests between Centre and Clearfield counties.
Members of PSP Rockview, Clearfield Vice, County Probation and the Centre County Sheriff's office hit the streets June 11 for a targeted enforcement that proved to be successful.
Of the 64 arrests, state police said that 24 of them were for warrants, 20 were Act 64 drug-related offenses and two were DUI-related.
In addition to the arrests, 121 citations and 70 warnings were issued to motorists. There was also a motorist assist in the bunch.
State police said these saturation details are routinely conducted throughout the Troop G and C coverage areas. During these details, troopers are specifically looking for people driving impaired or using and selling drugs or details are intended to help the ongoing effort of keeping communities safe.
