Jamestown man sentenced to 7 years for selling narcotics
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Jamestown man was sentenced to seven years in prison for narcotics conspiracy on Thursday, the Acting U.S. District Attorney's Office announced.
Kyle Lewis, 33, had previously pleaded guilty to narcotics conspiracy. The Acting U.S. District Attorney's Office said Lewis sold heroin and fentanyl through Facebook and CashApp. In 2022, investigators made five purchases of narcotics from Lewis.
Three other co-defendants — Holly Berenguer, Richard Philbrick and Joseph Zaso — have also been convicted and are awaiting sentencing.
