Highway 240 crash sends motorcyclist to hospital. Now WSP is looking for a SUV
State patrol troopers are looking for a red SUV that collided with a motorcycle Thursday before driving away.
The SUV and a motorcycle were both heading toward downtown Kennewick on Highway 240 about 7 a.m. Wednesday when the SUV changed lanes and they collided, the Washington State Patrol reported. The crash happened near the Edison Street exit.
The motorcycle rider, Adam L. Garrison, 41, of Pasco, was hurt and taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, the state patrol said.
His condition was not immediately available.
Several witnesses saw the SUV that looked similar to a GMC Yukon drive away with damage to the back of it.
WSP investigators said they want to find the vehicle and the driver because of the 'complexity of the collision' scene.
