Adnan Sami Calls Mumbai Airport's Pranaam Service ‘Shameful', Pens Angry Note
Last Updated: Singer Adnan Sami criticised the Pranaam meet-and-greet service at Mumbai airport for being inefficient and careless. He urged airport authorities to take strict action. Singer Adnan Sami has spoken out against the Pranaam meet-and-greet service at Mumbai's airport. On May 31, he shared on X (formerly Twitter) that the service was slow, careless, and not well organised. He said he had faced problems with them many times. 'Pranaam service at Mumbai airport has become the most inefficient, careless & lazy as hell service in all of India! They couldn't care a damn for their clients!! Awful!! So many horrible experiences. Shameful," he wrote. The singer also urged the airport authorities to take strict action. We are really concerned to hear this. We take your feedback very seriously and have communicated it to the concerned team for their attention. It provides help with moving around, handling baggage, and VIP treatment to make travel smoother. But Adnan Sami didn't share exactly what happened or why he was unhappy with the service. Adnan Sami Claps Back At Trolls Over Operation Sindoor Posts: " Tum Apni..."
New Delhi: Being an Indian citizen, Adnan Sami has posted on social media, applauding India's Operation Sindoor which was carried out on May 7 in response to the Pahalgam attack. He was trolled on X for showing support to the Indian army. Adnan Sami didn't let the comments go unnoticed and replied individually to all those trolls. It all began when Adnan Sami wrote "Jai Hind", praising India for Operation Sindoor. A social media user observed the singer's social media posts on the attack and trolled him by commeting, "Ye tweets kr k RSS walo se bachna Chahta hai? (You are posting these kind of tweets to save yourself from the RSS?). Adnan Sami hit back, "Tum RSS ko bhool Apni A** ko bachaao!!!" The singer replied, "Being judgmental & pseudo patriotic from right! I'm extremely happy in India!" Before Operation Sindoor took place, he also recalled meeting people from Pakistan during a holiday, adding that they called him "lucky" for choosing to leave their country at the right time. "Met some very sweet Pakistani boys while walking on the beautiful streets of Baku, Azerbaijan... They said "Sir, You are very lucky.. You left Pakistan in good time.. We also want to change our HATE OUR have destroyed our country!!" I replied " I knew this long ago," he wrote on May 4. The post went viral quickly. For the unversed, Adnan Sami was born in the UK to a Pakistani father and an Indian mother. He moved to India in 2001, initially residing on a visitor's visa while holding dual citizenship (Pakistan and Canada). He officially became an Indian citizen in 2016.
