Worcestershire man to face trial after denying pensioner attack
A man has appeared in court following an attack on an 88-year-old man in Evesham, and will face trial later this year after he denied all Paskin, 40, of Murcot Turn, Broadway, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, criminal damage and was charged after an elderly man was attacked at Murcot Turn on 11 Paskin pleaded not guilty to all counts during a hearing at Worcester Crown Court. Broadway man charged with GBH following attack on pensioner, 88
A man has been charged after an attack on an 88-year-old man in elderly victim was badly injured in an assault at Murcot Turn in Broadway on 11 May and taken to Paskin, 40, of Murcot Turn, Broadway, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, criminal damage and theft and is expected to appear at Worcester Crown Court on 9 Mercia Police said a 46-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after the attack remains on bail.
