Afghanistan and Pakistan have decided to upgrade their diplomatic relations, signaling a potential thaw in strained ties. The move comes as the Taliban's foreign minister prepares to visit Pakistan. This development follows a trilateral meeting in Beijing, where China expressed its willingness to assist in improving relations between the two neighboring countries, paving the way for enhanced cooperation.
