How 0-60 Driving Academy is making Canadian TV history
0-60 Driving Academy is a new series inspired by the real-life experiences of Dartmouth-based driving instructor Steve Lawrence. It recently premiered on Bell Fibe TV1, and it's been regarded as the first Black family sitcom to come out of Atlantic Canada. Today on Commotion, guest host Rad Simonpillai talks to Dartmouth author and artist Guyleigh Johnson about the series and what it says about African Nova Scotian culture.
