Moriah Mills reveals possible lawsuit plans against Zion Williamson

The post Moriah Mills reveals possible lawsuit plans against Zion Williamson appeared first on ClutchPoints. Moriah Mills might be taking legal action against Zion Williamson. According to TMZ, Mills has contacted trial lawyer Tony Buzbee, and he is currently 'evaluating her claims.' Buzbee has defended women going after legal action against male celebrities such as Jay-Z and, most recently, Shannon Sharpe. Mills' claims have not been made public, but she was allegedly in a secret relationship with Williamson back in 2023. That November, the NBA star welcomed his first baby with his girlfriend Ahkeema. The pair had a daughter named Azira. That's when Mills and Williamson's alleged relationship got exposed as she claimed they were intimate days before the athlete announced he was having a child with another woman. The social media personality did not speak about the lawsuit but told the outlet that there was a shift in Williamson that she did not expect. 'This is not the man that I met a few years back,' she told TMZ. 'This is not who I thought you would become. … I just hope you change your ways because your job and your family and your legacy is on the line.' In a TikTok video, Mills shares that she has been harassed online following speaking out about her prior relationship with Williamson. She also hinted on what the lawsuit could be about as she claims that she wants 'justice' for how she has been treated. 'It's causing me a lot of stress, emotional distress. I just hope that we all can come to justice and this all can be resolved and nobody has to relive all these things ever again,' she said. Mills' potential lawsuit follows a recent report that the Pelicans star has a lawsuit filed against him that is accusing him of rape and 'abusive, controlling, and threatening behavior.' Williamson has denied the allegations and claims that he and the woman had a 'consensual, casual relationship' that ended years ago and that 'at no point during or immediately after that relationship did the plaintiff raise any concerns.' 'While these allegations are false, we recognize the seriousness of the claims and welcome the opportunity to prove the truth in court. We are confident that the legal process will expose the truth and fully vindicate Mr. Williamson,' the attorneys said. The woman's attorney, Sam Taylor II, said they are going to be'very cautious about litigating this in the press.' 'This is a very serious case as reflected in the allegations in the complaint, which are pretty detailed,' Taylor said. Taylor adds that his client — who has been named Jane Doe in legal documents — is 'genuinely looks forward to her day in court when she can tell a jury of her peers what happened to her and seek justice.'

My latest obsession, me.' The post arrived the same day Jane Doe filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing Williamson of years-long abuse. According to PEOPLE, the woman claimed the relationship began in 2018 during Williamson's time at Duke University and escalated into acts of violence, manipulation, and r*pe. Jane Doe alleged that she was r*ped twice in 2020, once in a Beverly Hills home Williamson allegedly rented while training during the COVID pandemic. Williamson allegedly called her 'stuck up' and a 'b*tch' before pinning her down and r*ping her. She accuses him of using cocaine and threatening to have his security kill her and her family. Her lawyer, Rachel Lanier of The Lanier Law Firm, described the case as one of 'coercive control, threats, and domination including stalking, strangulation and threats with a loaded firearm.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Click Here - This Might Save You From Losing Money Expertinspector Click Here Undo Lanier said her client had endured years of abuse and only after months of medical treatment and counseling, found the courage to come forward. Zion Williamson, through his attorney Michael Balascio, issued a firm denial. 'The allegations contained in the complaint are categorically false and reckless,' Balascio stated. He claimed the relationship was casual and consensual, ending years ago. He asserted that 'at no point during or immediately after that relationship did the plaintiff raise any concerns.' Furthermore, Balascio said Williamson reported alleged extortion attempts by the accuser and is planning to file counterclaims, 'We understand that an arrest warrant was issued in connection with that report… We are confident that the legal process will expose the truth and fully vindicate Mr. Williamson.' Jane Doe's legal team responded through attorney Sam E. Taylor, asserting, 'We have every intent to take this matter to trial… Each of these claims is supported by witnesses and corroborating evidence.' Zion Williamson dating history: Who are ex-girlfriends Moriah Mills, Tiana White, and baby mama Ahkeema?

New Orleans Pelicans star forward Zion Williamson has been in at least three relationships since 2018. The 24-year-old and Ahkeema, a content creator, had a daughter, Azira, in November 2023. Tiana White was Williamson's high school sweetheart from Spartanburg Day School in South Carolina, where he played basketball and she was a cheerleader, volleyball player, and track athlete. Their relationship was confirmed during an Instagram Live in 2018, where White playfully asked Williamson if he had a girlfriend, to which he responded, affirming their status. They attended prom together in 2018, with Williamson as a senior and White as a junior. The couple maintained a long-distance relationship after Williamson joined Duke University and later the Pelicans in 2019, while White attended Wofford College. They reportedly split by 2021. Moriah Mills, an adult film actor, claimed a romantic relationship with Williamson in June 2023, following his announcement that he and Ahkeema were expecting a child. Mills posted on X, alleging she had been with Williamson in New Orleans the week prior and was unaware of his relationship with Ahkeema, claiming he promised to move her to the city and pay her a monthly salary. She shared alleged Snapchat messages and made explicit claims about their interactions, including threats to release private content. Williamson did not confirm the relationship, and Mills' X account was suspended after weeks of posts, including accusations of pregnancy and abuse, which lacked substantiation. Ahkeema was Williamson's girlfriend from at least February 2023, though some reports suggest they began dating in 2021. They went public with their relationship at a gender reveal party in June 2023, announcing their daughter, Azira, born in November 2023. Ahkeema, reportedly seven years older than Williamson, has a son from a previous relationship and previously worked as a real estate agent.
