Sana'a - Saba: Prime Minister Ahmed Ghalib Al-Rahawi congratulated Yemeni workers, both men and women, across all fields of work and production on the occasion of International Workers' Day, which falls on May 1st each year. In a message sent to the leadership of the General Federation of Yemeni Trade Unions, Al-Rahawi commended the patriotic and militant role of the Yemeni labor and trade union movement since its establishment in the mid-20th century, including its resistance against British occupation. He emphasized that the labor movement today, through its steadfastness during the years of aggression and the U.S.-Saudi-Emirati blockade, embodies the strength of the authentic national stance and unwavering loyalty to the homeland, despite all the challenges and difficulties resulting from the ongoing criminal aggression and siege. Al-Rahawi affirmed that the government of change and development is committed to strengthening partnership relations with the General Federation of Trade Unions and the private sector, based on the spirit of cooperation that binds the three parties in addressing various labor-related issues. The Prime Minister noted that workers, across all sectors, bear the greatest responsibility in advancing the nation through their presence in various workplaces and production sites, insisting on fulfilling their duties with a sense of national and ethical responsibility that inspires pride, honor, and appreciation. Sana'a - Saba: A political seminar titled "Together to Liberate the First Two Qiblas, Masra Sayyed al-Thaqalayn, and the Third of the Two Holy Mosques" convened on Saturday in Sana'a, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates. The seminar, held in preparation for the third International Palestine Conference and celebrating "al-Aqsa Flood" operation, focused on Palestinian unity and unwavering Yemeni support. Prime Minister Ahmed Ghalib Al-Rahawi called for Palestinian factions to unite, prioritize liberation, and implement the "Beijing" agreement. He reaffirmed Yemen's commitment to the Palestinian cause, emphasizing its principled, religious, and humanitarian nature. The Prime Minister condemned ongoing Israeli actions, highlighting the "Al-Aqsa Flood" as a pivotal moment in the struggle against Israel. He praised the role of Yemeni and regional resistance movements and criticized the US for supporting Israel. Foreign Minister Jamal Amer echoed the call for Palestinian unity and praised the resistance's achievements. He emphasized the Yemeni people's unwavering support for Palestine and warned against the consequences of inaction. The seminar featured four working papers: Ambassador Abdulelah Hajar discussed the Yemeni position and the leadership of Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, emphasizing the religious and historical context of Yemeni support for Palestine and the impact of the Yemeni military actions against Israeli ships. Ambassador Zeid Hassan al-Werith analyzed the positions of Iran, Iraq, and GCC countries on "Al-Aqsa Flood." Ambassador Yahya Hashim al-Shahari focused on the positions of Asian countries and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, with a focus on Turkey. The head of the Americas department reviewed the US position and highlighted student and popular movements. The seminar underscored the Yemeni government's commitment to the Palestinian cause, called for Palestinian unity, and condemned Israeli enemy actions and US support.
