World leaders may be ‘deterred' from visiting the White House following Trump's confrontation
US political analyst Aidan Smith has suggested other world leaders may be 'deterred' from visiting the White House after US President Donald Trump confronted his South African counterpart. Mr Smith's comments come after President Trump mounted an ambush against South African President Cyril Ramaphosa during his visit to the White House, playing a montage of clips and images showing rhetoric against white Afrikaners. 'It's hard to imagine that this won't just lead to more world leaders being deterred to visit the White House,' Mr Smith told Sky News Australia.
