Amazon Amazon Check out a TikTok of the Airplane Pockets tray table cover in action. Airplane Pockets is a small business that specializes in sanitary, portable travel organization products. I used this on a roundtrip from NYC to Tokyo, both with connecting flights in Canada, and cannot sing its praises enough. It fit all four of the different tray tables I used it on and was so ridiculously handy for keeping track of all my littler odds and ends like AirPods, the plane's headphones, earplugs, a sleep mask, a book, gum, a scrunchie, and little snacks. The hanging end of it easily tucked into the built-in sleeve of the seat in front of me for takeoff and when other passengers needed to scoot past me in my aisle seat. Usually, I feel like a hot mess and get frustrated rooting around in the grimy sleeve for my stuff, and this was such a refreshing solution! Several flight attendants even asked where I got it to buy one for themselves! $30 at Amazon Perilogics is a small business creating hyper-functional tool holsters and bags for carrying your stuff on the go. Promising review: "I bought this nifty gadget about six months ago for a multi-leg, ultra-long-haul trip, and it more than held up the entire duration. I was able to finagle it to fit the tray tables on different planes, and like others, I find the height just nice when clamped onto a stowed tray table. It also works on my roller carry-on handle during layovers." — Earendil $14 at Amazon Promising review: "Lightweight and compact. This carryon is super sleek, stylish and exactly what I was hoping for. The expandable part is helpful, really small without it but probably perfect for a short weekend trip. One thing I would say is don't try too hard to squeeze things down — if you decide to stuff it, you must keep it expanded. Love the built-in lock system." — Reina $65 at Amazon Here's what BuzzFeeder Chelsea Stuart has to say about them: "Last year I splurged on some AirPod Maxes and for the amount of money I threw down on them, I was determined to get as much use out of them as possible and that included on plane rides. With the AirFly Pro, I can connect my headphones via Bluetooth and use the seat-back screen without having to fiddle with the free wired headphones they hand out that 1.) have horrible sound quality and 2.) don't fit my ears in the slightest. (I swear my ear canals are tiny or something??)"Promising review: "I saw this on TikTok and bought it instantly for an upcoming trip. I wish I knew about this sooner so I could enjoy inflight entertainment without needed additional headphones. This allows for that, which is great. It works so well, my husband bought one as well. Highly recommend." — Amazon Customer $30+ at Amazon Check out a TikTok of the mini Kindle in action. Promising review: "This is such a great Kindle! It's lightweight, the perfect size for going in a purse or bag, and the matcha is SUCH a great color. I already have a Paperwhite SE that I love, so I decided to get this Kindle for travel purposes. The battery life isn't as great as my Paperwhite, but it still lasts me a while with daily reading! It fits perfectly in my hands and makes reading very comfortable. The only thing it is missing is the warm light option, but that is not a deal breaker for me. If you are looking for a lightweight and comfortable Kindle, this is the one for you." — Christine Heath $110 at Amazon Amazon Amazon Promising review: "Love these. These are soft and very comfortable, and they seriously black out every bit of light. I love them. I would highly recommend. I'll probably never sleep without them again." — AJ $17 at Amazon Amazon Amazon Promising review: "I believe this has been my best purchase of this year. This water bottle is well designed, holds water well and brings unnecessary attention but it's welcomed 😈. It creates a different drinking experience and it's unique yet awkward design fits in all bags. Even fits in my Vespa perfectly. I want to say the price is a little steep in my opinion, but after weeks of use, I get it." — Aaron V. Get it from Amazon for $50+ (available in two colors and four sizes). $50 at Amazon Promising review: "This product has changed my life. I travel fairly frequently and always have issues with ear pressure on the plane. My ears will be clogged up, and it is painful to swallow for a day or two after short-distance flights. But now, I use these and fly incident-free. You are supposed to insert them before the plane takes off and then before landing. I have found that it works best if I leave them in the entire flight from before takeoff until landing, but they work almost as well if you take them out once you reach cruising altitude." — Thomasina $8+ at Amazon Amazon Amazon Promising review: "I bought two straps to use for my trip. It was so worth it! It held my family's light jackets and kids travel neck pillow. We also used it to hold our water bottles on our hikes. I wish I knew about these sooner!" — Lisa H $8+ at Amazon Promising review: "I got this keyboard because of its aesthetic. The look did not disappoint. Love it! Super easy to connect to my iPhone and iPad. It makes my typing and note creating on my phone quicker and cuter. I will purchase another for an upcoming friend's birthday. I know she'll love it as well!" — NT $30+ at Amazon Check out a TikTok of the charger in action. Promising review: "I used these several times for the past year, traveling for business and leisure. It is always a challenge to find an outlet at the airport since some airports do not offer a charging station. Using those types can also be a security risk. That's why I love using these portable chargers. They are lightweight and fit in my travel handbag/or small backpack pocket. The portable chargers take about 30–35 minutes to fully charge if dead. Once charged, they charge fast and hold a charge for many hours." — J $14+ at Amazon Promising review: "These are fabulous for travel — they charge three devices from just one USB port, especially [helpful] when frequenting hotel rooms. The first one is now permanently stationed bedside to help clean up the clutter, and this will go into my briefcase for future excursions. Compact, and effective!" — see2xu Get it from Amazon for $71.99 (available in four colors). $77+ at Amazon Amazon Amazon Touchland is a small business that specializes in hand sanitizers. Promising review: "Touchland's hand sanitizers are absolutely beautiful! Not only is the packaging functional for travel, but it's pretty! Absolutely no issues with the product or the design of the packaging leaking, and it's extremely easy to use! No sticky residue, and your hands feel completely hydrated and soft after each use. I'm especially impressed with this perk, considering most hand sanitizers leave your skin feel tight and dry. No leaks, great hydration, phenomenal fragrance…. what's not to LOVE!!!? 🤍 SPOIL YOURSELF, NO EXCUSES NECESSARY!" — Briana R. Check out Touchland's Amazon storefront for more options). $16+ at Amazon Amazon Check out a TikTok of the Trtl neck pillow in action. Promising review: "Small and sturdy. Keeps your neck positioned up instead of lolling off to the side. You will wake up refreshed and not sore (in the neck anyways) airplane travel is stressful but this little gem makes it bearable. Kudos to the creator! First time I actually slept comfortably on a plane. Other neck sleepers don't compare." — Judy M. $65 at Amazon Promising review: "Just received this and so far so good! Inflates within mere seconds, and the same to deflate. Seems really supportive and comfortable. I was influenced by a TikTok review." — Katelyn $25 at Amazon Promising review: "I recently took a cross-country flight with my three kids. I really didn't want to worry about checked bags getting lost so maximizing our carry-ons was a priority. This backpack fit an unfathomable amount of stuff! Lots of zippers and compartments for everything from shoes to laptops/iPads, easy access compartments for cell phones and boarding passes, I fit tons of neatly folded clothes. The best part was that fully loaded it easily slid under the seat." — Kindle Customer $23+ at Amazon Promising review: "I was looking for a lightweight luggage scale to ensure that when returning from vacation, my luggage was not overweight. This works amazing. Super lightweight and extremely accurate." — Taziree $12+ at Amazon Promising review: "This cup holder is perfect! It helps me a lot! Last time I took a plane with a suitcase and a cup of coffee, when it's my turn to check my passport and ticket, the coffee cup fell to the ground and coffee sprinkled. It was a nightmare! This time I bought this cup holder, it did do me a favor! I don't have to worry about where my cup and phone are! I can free my hands to do other things. I love it so much! Hope you love it too." — Philip $12+ at Amazon Amazon Amazon Promising review: "Ingenious. How many times I have been in an airport with nothing to balance anything on, whether it be a computer or coffee? So, I have to hand it to the inventor that they have accomplished something truly useful. I really appreciate the ingenuity." — Anahata $40 at Amazon Sage Nation is a small business specializing in quirky organizational pouches for travel and home use. Promising review: "Lettering is spot on. Love the colors, and the clear bag makes it easy for kids to see what is available. Quality materials and construction." — Lisa Stanko Get it from Amazon for $19.99. $20 at Amazon Check out a TikTok of the snack spinner in action. Promising review: "I bought these before they were on Amazon. I'm obsessed. My kids think it's a game, and they're so intent on eating all the food inside. Even my picky eater. As a mom who absolutely hates to hand wash things, I'm so grateful that a) the entire thing comes apart for washing and b) it's completely dishwasher-safe. This thing is awesome. One of a kind. I own five right now. Will probably be getting more in the future for when the baby is old enough to snack independently." — Jordan Christman Get it from Amazon for $29.95+ (available in three colors and two sizes). $28+ at Amazon Promising review: "I took my kids on their first international trip, and this thing was a total lifesaver. It fits easily in a fanny pack or small purse for easy access, and it fits my whole family's passports, vaccine cards, boarding passes, and a pen with plenty of room for cash and cards if you decide to use it as a wallet for your trip. It made getting checked in a breeze and helped my family keep everything organized." — Kevin Garcia $8+ at Amazon Amazon Amazon Promising review: "This case has been amazing for storing my earbuds, various loose cable connectors, chargers, etc. I am using it right now on a trip, and it has been fantastic for keeping these items in one convenient, organized place. It is lightweight and fits easily into my one carry-on item when boarding the many flights I am taking. I'm pretty sure I will still be using it to keep all these items together and more easy to locate when I return home! I am so glad I bought this!" — V. Elia $8+ at Amazon Each set includes a hand lotion, body lotion, lip balm, and a foot cream. Promising review: "The foot cream works wonders on the heels. It has a thick consistency and it's a bit greasy, so it may be hard to put on, but it'll be worth it in the end for those baby soft heels. I just put socks on for 15 minutes while I wait for my skin to absorb it. The lotion and lip balm are also great to have for travel, in the office, or in your purse." — Kerrrns $13+ at Amazon Promising review: "It's smaller than I anticipated, but I love that even MORE! It's super slim, lightweight, compact, with all your favorite Stanley cup features. Doesn't leak, easy to drink from. Love the color! Going to be my travel buddy from here on out! Saw it on TikTok — had to get it before it's gone." — ralliereviews $75 at Amazon Pond LA Pond LA Pond LA is a California-based woman-owned, Asian-owned independent product design studio that produces in small, handmade batches from fabrics sourced in Los Angeles. I saw this product on Instagram and knew it would be a game changer. I was able to use it recently for the first time on an early morning flight and let me tell you, it is EVERYTHING I was looking for and more. It's comfy, cozy, oversized and the eye covers make you feel like you're in a whole other world and not packed like a sardine on a plane. My over ear headphone fit perfectly under it and I got the best sleep I've had on a plane — EVER!" — Heather G. $128 at Pond LA Promising review: "This is a fantastic light! I use it every evening to continue reading while my son sleeps, it does not wake him or impede my sleep after I'm ready to go to bed. Great product." — Brian Masters Get it from Amazon for $14.99. $13 at Amazon Amazon Amazon Promising review: "I live in NJ and last year the state limited the use of plastic straws in restaurants, so often our only option is paper straws. I personally dislike the strange taste of paper straws and notice they tend to ruin any carbonation in a drink, so I bought this so I wouldn't have to use those. I keep it clipped onto my bag in it's little case so I always have it with me, and it's easy to wash once I get home. Highly recommend to fellow paper straw haters." — Jordan Get it from Amazon for $11.99 (available in four colors and sets). $9+ at Amazon Amazon Promising review: "I used to be a flight attendant, and these were served on the plane. They are some of the best olives! I can't get them anywhere where I live, so I order them online. I recently went to see my friend (former flight attendant also), and she put them on the charcuterie board she made; everyone at the pool was eating them. Definitely recommend this brand if you like green olives!" — Lex $17+ at Amazon Amazon Signora Ware is a small business that specializes in portable food packaging and containers. Promising review: "These salt and pepper shakers are the perfect size for traveling, camping or going to work in my backpack! No leaks, and they work great. Very happy with this purchase." — Mark Pavey $6+ at Amazon Amazon Promising review: "This is a game changer when flying! Immediately takes the pressure off your legs and adds tons of comfort. I used it on an 11-hour red-eye flight for the first time and it was the best experience, aside from being in first class. Highly recommend! Even for short flights." — Isa V. $10 at Amazon Flight Attendants Say These 25 Things Make Travel More Comfortable 10 'Fake' Engagement And Wedding Rings To Wear If You're Traveling The Best Anti-Theft Bags To Carry While Traveling
