Sana'a – Saba: The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research has refuted reports circulating on websites and social media claiming that the results of the basic general certificate exams have been announced. Director of Examinations Najib al-Matari told Saba News Agency that the electronic correction process for the basic and secondary level general certificate exams for the academic year 1446 AH (2024/2025 AD) is still ongoing. He stated that any news about the results being released is false. Al-Matari urged the public to disregard rumors and fake links on social media and to get verified information from the Ministry's official websites and pages. Higher Education Sector continues review of Yemeni University performance reports

Sana'a – Saba: The Higher Education Sector of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research in the capital Sana'a has continued its annual review of performance reports from Yemeni universities and colleges for the 2023-2024 academic year for a second day. The annual report of Jeblah University, presented by its rector Dr. Abdullah al-Matari, was discussed, covering its strategic plan implementation, achievements in leadership, teaching, automation, faculty status, student statistics, activities, community service, challenges, and proposed solutions. Dr. Al-Matari praised the Ministry and the Academic Accreditation Council's efforts in monitoring university performance. Deputy Minister Dr. Hatem al-Duais highlighted the importance of these meetings for reviewing performance and data provision. He commended Jeblah University's progress, attributing it to their hospital management experience and community engagement. He also stressed the value of these reports in creating a database for informed decision-making. Dr. Ibrahim Luqman, Undersecretary of the Higher Education Sector, lauded Jeblah University's achievements and community cooperation, urging them to focus on staff retention. He reiterated that the sector is reviewing all university reports to assess achievements, challenges, strengths, and weaknesses, which will impact national university rankings. Dr. Ilham al-Sanabani outlined the evaluation themes used for the fifth year, including strategic planning, student statistics, faculty, finances, quality management, research, and community services. The annual achievement reports of the Modern Specialized University and Balqis Yemen Community College for Health Sciences and Technology were also presented and discussed, covering similar areas of performance evaluation. Army officials visit troops positioned in Karish, Lahj

Lahj - Saba: Brigadier General Ali Al-Matari, Director of the Financial Department at the Ministry of Defense and Military Production, and Colonel Walid Al-Muayyad, Director of the Military Treasury, inspected the forces stationed on the Karsh front in Lahj Governorate. During the visit, Brigadier General Al-Matari conveyed to the guards the congratulations of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, and the Presidency of the General Staff on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. The Director of the Finance Department praised the level of combat readiness and high morale of the guards on the Karish front, and the heroic epics they have and continue to record in confronting the coalition of aggression and mercenaries. He also praised their vigilance, sense of security, awareness, insight, jihadi spirit, and full readiness to continue the path of liberation and victory, and to confront the forces of tyranny and arrogance led by America and Israel in the battle of promised conquest and holy jihad waged by the armed forces in defense of the homeland and the people, in support of Gaza, and in support of the valiant Palestinian resistance. Brigadier General Al-Matari stressed that Yemen's courageous and honorable stance in supporting Gaza, backing its valiant resistance, and confronting America, Britain, and the Zionist occupation entity directly is a firm and principled position that has not and will not change regardless of the challenges. This stance is a position of truth in the face of falsehood, and a humanitarian, moral, and religious stance. He stated that Yemen, with its valiant armed forces and free sons, and under the banner of its leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, is capable, with God's help and support, of confronting and breaking the power of the arrogant tyrants and achieving a clear victory. He noted that Yemen is moving forward with strength, confidence, and rapid steps toward development, modernization, construction, and force preparation, ensuring the achievement of further decisive victories and the desired successes in various fields. The fighters on the Karish front appreciated the visit of leaders from the Ministry of Defense and their participation in the Eid celebrations at sites of pride, dignity, honor, and heroism.
