Sana'a officials inspect al-Tahrir summer courses
Sana'a - Saba: Capital Sana'a undersecretary Abdullatif al-Omari, along with several general managers and local leaders, on Saturday inspected summer course activities in al-Tahrir district. Al-Omari visited the Imam Ali, Imam Zain al-Abidin, Imam al-Hadi, and Umm al-Baneen schools, reviewing the programs focused on Quran memorization, knowledge acquisition, and skill development. The visitors emphasized the importance of these courses in equipping students with knowledge and awareness, strengthening their faith identity, and protecting them from soft warfare during the summer vacation. Opening two charity kitchens in Al-Tahrir & Al-Wahda districts of Capital Secretariat
Sana'a - Saba: Abdullatif Al-Omari, Undersecretary of the Capital Secretariat for Local Authority Affairs, inaugurated the charitable kitchen in the Al-Buniya neighborhood of Tahrir District, which is being implemented for the eighth consecutive year through a community initiative and the contribution of philanthropists. Al-Omari, the director of the directorate, Naji Al-Shayani, and the directorate's public mobilization official, Abdullatif Al-Wali, listened to an explanation from the kitchen's official, Abdulrahman Al-Baily, about the kitchen's role in providing basic food for 2,000 needy families in the directorate, by providing dinner meals to these families on a daily basis throughout the month of Ramadan. In a related context, Al-Wahda Directorate Director Sami Hamid inaugurated the work of the charity kitchen organized by the Social Affairs Office in the directorate. During the inauguration, Hamid, along with a number of the directorate's leaders, listened to an explanation from the director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the directorate, Shahna Al-Nuami, about the charity kitchen work , which aims to distribute 300 meals to poor and needy families in the directorate. Saudi Arabia Conducts Military Exercises With 15 Countries At Air Warfare Center
Saudi Arabia is conducting military exercises called Spears of Victory 2025 at the Air Warfare Center, involving forces from 15 countries. Some of the Kingdom's prominent military branches are participating in the drills, including forces from the Presidency of State Security and the Saudi Arabian National Guard. The drills started this week at the Air Warfare Center, a military air facility located at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran in eastern Saudi Arabia. Maj. Gen. Pilot Mohammed bin Ali Al-Omari, the exercise commander, said that the drills would consist of lectures and missions for air, technical, and support crews, to improve readiness and combat capability. Al-Omari added that Spears of Victory 2025 will enhance the planning and implementation skills of participating forces, the Saudi Press Agency reported. It involves 10 days of conducting combat maneuvers and flights, as well as mixed tactical operations, some of which are conducted jointly with the forces of other countries to enhance cooperation, the SPA added.
