MIS signs SAR 70.1 million contract with Health Ministry

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a contract with the Ministry of Health (MOH) - General Office for a project in the southwestern region at a total value of SAR 70.06 million, including VAT. The contract has a duration of 60 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. MIS will provide managed services, as well as operate, maintain, and repair digital infrastructure for 38 hospitals in the southwestern region. The project covers 2,700 beds over five years in accordance with the highest standards. The project scope includes maintaining and operating technical and technological requirements. The project is expected to positively impact the company's financials starting Q2 2025 through Q2 2030. According to data available with Argaam, MIS was awarded the project in January by the Ministry of Health – General Office.

(MIS) signed a framework agreement today, March 26, with CEER National Automotive Co. to supply IT solutions and systems with a total value not exceeding SAR 50 million. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the framework agreement spans three years and is based on unit prices for supplying IT solutions and systems to CEER. MIS stated that the financial impact of the agreement will appear in the company's results in the second quarter of 2025. There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

MIS starts JV with BSF Capital to provide AI cloud services

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) began a strategic joint venture (JV) with Saudi Fransi Capital to launch a Saudi service provider for artificial intelligence computing infrastructure. In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the new venture aims to offer GPU-based computing solutions to support next-generation AI applications, machine learning, and high-performance computing (HPC) in the Kingdom. It will also provide on-demand cloud computing services via GPUs to meet the needs of institutions, research entities, and government bodies. Saudi Fransi Capital will be responsible for structuring the financing and developing the growth strategy, while MIS will oversee the implementation of AI cloud infrastructure and deliver technical services, the statement added. The company further noted that it will announce any significant developments in due course. Last July, MIS signed a MoU with Saudi Fransi Capital to study the feasibility of providing AI cloud services in Saudi Arabia, particularly high-performance computing infrastructure that leverages the latest GPUs, according to Argaam data.
