Loved ones search for missing 17-year-old Southern California girl
Loved ones are searching for a Southern California teen who has been missing for a week.
Alai-Ja Mae Henderson, 17, was last seen on May 28, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Her last known location was on the 39000 block of Clock Tower Plaza Drive in Palmdale around 4 p.m.
Henderson, who is an L.A. County resident, is described as a Black female standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. She has brown eyes and blond hair in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, green sweatpants, black Crocs shoes, and silver rings.
Henderson may have been heading to the Los Angeles area when she was reported missing.
The teen, who is considered at risk, does not have any health conditions that would contribute to her disappearance, authorities said.
Her family and loved ones have not heard from her since and are very concerned for her well-being.
