Mrs Hinch reveals heartbreaking battle with grief admitting ‘I feel sick' and ‘scream every day' after dad's death
MRS Hinch has admitted she "screams every day" as she battles her grief following her father's death.
The clean-fluencer, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, lost dad Alan - who suffered from lifelong "chest, lung and heart" problems - in April 2024, after he passed away unexpectedly in his sleep.

She's been open about struggling to come to terms with her dad's passing, but said that Wednesday was an "extra heavy day" where her grief felt like it was "swallowing everything - like there's no room to breathe or think or be outside of it".
"The world keeps going like nothing's wrong, and yet you're just standing still; stuck again in this ache that feels too big for your chest."
She went on to say that staying busy has been a "lifeline" for her at points, as it has given her "mind something to hold onto".
"It's not about avoidance, sometimes it's just about survival,"she continued.
"You do what you need to get through the day. But today I just want to be asleep."
Sophie said she faces daily questions about how she's managing her grief, but told her followers in the post on her Instagram Stories that she's not managing at all.
"I literally scream out loud in the garden everyday so I can catch my breath, I fall to my knees everyday, I feel sick countless times a day," she wrote in the heartbreaking message.
The mum-of-three, who worked with her father on numerous DIY projects during his life, admitted she still hasn't been able to go into her dad's workshop.
"It's all how we left it last," she sighed.
"With his fleece hanging where he left it and our project unfinished because I can't open the door."
She added she's "just finding ways to cope in a world that keeps spinning", before concluding with a "message to anyone who needs it", as she wrote: "Keep going, keep making them proud - we will all hold each other again one day."
The next post on her Instagram Stories showed her rocking son Vinnie, as she thanked people for their messages of support, and told them: "You've helped me more today than I can even put into words".
Mrs Hinch made a sweet tribute to her late father when her son Vinnie was born in February - using her dad's name as her newborn's middle moniker.
"February is my Dad's birthday month, my birthday month … And now, it's our Vinnies," she wrote alongside the first picture of the baby boy.
"The signs, the comfort ,the joy, you really are just everything we have needed and more Vinnie.
"Now it's time to meet your beautiful big brothers, and start the next chapter in our Hinch story."
