RESULTS: 5K Race Winners at 2025 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The first day of Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon weekend wrapped up Saturday evening with the 5K race.
Alan Horton, 44, won the 5K with a time of 17:34. Here's the full list of top male and female finishers.
