Fez – On Friday, the Moroccan people and the Royal Family celebrate the 18th birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Khadija. This special occasion shows the strong connection between the Moroccan people and the Royal Family, as well as the deep respect and affection the nation holds for the Alaouite Dynasty. The celebration brings back memories of February 28, 2007, when the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol, and Chancellery announced the birth of Princess Lalla Khadija. The news brought joy not only to the Royal Family but to the entire country. From cities to villages, Moroccans expressed their happiness in many ways, showing their love for the Royal Family. Across the country, streets, squares, and public buildings were decorated with lights, flags, and colorful banners.
