Browns land LeSean McCoy instead of Alex Mack in 2009 NFL re-draft
Browns land LeSean McCoy instead of Alex Mack in 2009 NFL re-draft If the Cleveland Browns had to redo the 2009 NFL draft, how would it shake out? Would they still be able to trade back and land center Alex Mack, or would they stay at pick No. 5 and take a dynamic offensive playmaker like LeSean McCoy? As we get into the dog days of the offseason, outlets around the nation are beginning to get more creative with the content they put out as we wait for football to return. PFF has been re-drafting old drafts, and today has hit the 2009 NFL draft. In the original draft, the Browns traded the No. 5 overall pick to the New York Jets, who came up to select quarterback Mark Sanchez. The Browns then traded down two more times in the first round before sticking at pick No. 21 to select Cal center Alex Mack. That turned out to be a dynamic decision as Mack went on to make three Pro Bowls and be named an All-Pro once in a Browns uniform. However, in a different timeline, what would be the outcome? PFF had the Browns instead landing running back LeSean McCoy with the fifth pick, their original selection with Mack already off the board with pick No. 3 in this re-draft to the Kansas City Chiefs. Here is the rationale for selecting McCoy in this exercise: The Browns traded this pick on draft night to the Jets, who used it to select quarterback Mark Sanchez. With Cleveland sticking here in our redraft, the team adds LeSean McCoy to replace Jamal Lewis, who retired after the 2009 season. "McCoy was a two-time All-Pro, made six Pro Bowls in his career and is among the top 25 running backs all time in career rushing yards (11,102) and receiving yards (3,898)." Hindsight is always fun to look back at. However, in this case, the Browns could not have asked for a better outcome than landing an additional first rounder, trading back two more times, and still landing a Day 1 starter and Pro Bowler.

"It Only Ran For A Couple Years In The Early '90s": Adults Are Revealing The TV Shows From Their Childhood That They're 100% Convinced No One Remembers
Back in the '70s, '80s, and '90s, children had SO many TV shows to watch — so many, in fact, that as adults, they might've forgotten a few of them. So when Reddit user Ok-Ingenuity4608 asked: "What is a show you watched during your childhood that you are convinced nobody remembers?" over 14,000 people shared their answers. Here are some of the top ones below. 1."There was a show called Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat that I watched as a kid, and I feel like nobody remembers it! It was about a little Siamese cat in ancient China, and it had such a unique animation style and sweet stories. It aired on PBS, but I rarely hear anyone talk about it now." 2."Maggie and the Ferocious Beast." 3."Eureeka's Castle!" 4."Wishbone!" 5."Does anyone remember the early 2000s show As Told By Ginger? That theme song is still stuck in my head." 6."The Snorks. Out of this world. (The girl's dad was an alien, and she could stop time by putting her pointer fingers together.)" 7."Ghost Writer on PBS." 8."The kids of ZOOM." 9."Gullah Gullah Island." 10."Pepper Ann." 11."Bananas in Pyjamas. No one knows what I'm talking about. I even had the dolls. I loved that show." 12."The Big Comfy Couch." 13."PB&J Otter on Disney." 14."Bear in the Big Blue House." 15."Charlie and Lola." 16."Lamb Chop's Play-Along? Heck, I barely remember, lol." 17."Anyone here old enough to remember Jabberjaw? A 1970s cartoon about a shark who was in a band. Hated that dumb show and somehow ended up with a lunch box of it one year. We must've waited to buy my lunchbox 'til the last minute, and that's all that was left. If it weren't for being stuck with that lunchbox, I doubt I'd remember the show." 18."You Can't Do That On Television on Nickelodeon." 19."Aaahh!!! Real Monsters" 20."Bobby's World." 21."The Secret World of Alex Mack." 22."Freakazoid!" 23."Animorphs. People only remember the books, but I loved the show." 24."Kablam!" 25."The Oblongs." 26."I'll bet no one remembers Two Stupid Dogs. I remember it being hilarious and weird and maybe a little gross. But it only ran for a couple of years in the early '90s." 27."The Busy World of Richard Scarry." Is there a childhood TV show that you are convinced no one remembers? Tell us all about it in the comments below.
