Deputy youth minister visits summer schools, sees activities in Jawf
Jawf - Saba: Ali Hadban, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Sports Sector, inspected a number of summer schools in the Bart Al-Anan District in Jawf Governorate. Deputy Hadban, accompanied by Governor Yahiya Al-Ansi and Director of the Directorate Hassan Sharifa, reviewed the summer camp activities at the Ammar bin Yasser Model School, Imam Yahiya bin Zaid School, and Shuhada Dhabiba School. They listened to an explanation from the school administrators about the activities and programs, the knowledge and learning students receive, and their level of engagement with these programs. Deputy Hadban emphasized that the summer camp provides a safe haven for children and young people, providing them with beneficial knowledge, primarily the Holy Quran, as well as beneficial sports, agricultural, and vocational activities. He praised the efforts of the staff at these schools and the local community's engagement with them. Amran launches Ramadan football league in memory of Saleh Tais
Amran - Saba: The annual Ramadan Football League, dedicated to the memory of the late Saleh Tais, has kicked off in Amran province. Twelve teams are participating in the month-long league, which is organized by the Supreme Supervisory Committee for Organizing Cultural and Sports Events in the province, in cooperation with the Youth and Sports Office. The league competitions, held in a group and knockout format, began with a match between Taawon Amran and al-Hilal, which Taawon won 5-3. Ali Hadban, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth for the Sports Sector, and Jihad al-Haidari, Director of the Youth Office in the province, highlighted the importance of such tournaments in promoting sports activities.
