Singapore hotels raise their game ahead of World Aquatics
Hotels in Singapore are beefing up menus, and bringing in extra housekeeping equipment and part-time staff ahead of an expected surge in foreign guests for July. That's when the World Aquatics and World Aquatics Masters Championships come to town, coinciding with SG60 celebrations. The month-long sports event is expected to attract about 40,000 visitors, with tourist revenue set to hit S$60 million. Alif Amsyar reports.
